Valrhona Patisserie Championship

What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall at this event: The First Irish Valrhona Patisserie Championship.

Maybe a fly who falls into some bowl of chocolate heaven might be even better!! Although the last thing I would want is for someones chocolate creation to have a fly lolling about in it … might not go down well with the judges :-0
